Bad Habit

i realised i don't think before i talk when i am fuming mad.

there are a few occasions i was so mad words just came out my mouth off my chest without processing if it's right anot.

and i think there is a need to change this bad habit away.

i know i can keep calm and compose if i am able to tolerate things. but at times when fire is burning in my head i tend to just let it all out. so sometimes the situation turns awkward or someone gets affected by it too much.

everytime after i cool down, i will reflect and think that maybe my choice of words are too harsh and i could have phrased it in a better way such that it will be a win-win situation. i guess i think to learn how to control my anger and handle it properly especially in times like this.

okay cool, this shall be one of my new year resolution then. :)

CNY DAY 2

Chu Er was spent at my popo house as usual!

because my 2 brothers are so pig they couldn't wake up at all, my mummy and I went there first in the morning. FIRST TO REACH OKAY!! I think last year was the last. LOL!

Xiaojiu came and then HE TOOK ME OUT FOR A SPIN!! actually to fetch my brother also lah! woah, this CNY really (Y)! both days also got people bring me out for a spin. but this time round not in a SLK lah. my xiaojiu modify his Colt and it is seriously damn powerful.

his speedometer only reads up to 180km/h. then after he fetch my brother, HE REALLY BOOST UNTIL 180KM/H WHICH IS THE MAXIMUM!!!!

the needle literally got no more room to go already!! LOL. it was at its maximum!!! then he say by right it should be around 210km/h just that the speedometer can't read only. SIAO I WAS FLYING IN THE CAR LA SIA. LOL.

damn crazy la. i'll never do such stunts. lollol!!!

went back to popo house and everyone reach already!!

we set a timing at 3pm to go downstairs for our annual photoshoot.

every year we will go to the void deck and spam photos. i am camera-less this CNY so i told both Kai Jian and Reenie to prepare camera.

wah!! thanks leh cousins!! ask you 2 to bring both also never charge. LOL!!

but we did managed to take a handful before it was entirely drained. i reckon my cousins will take a really long time to upload them so i shall make do with all these taken from iPhones. haha.

there were other kids playing downstairs and they were riding bicycles. so kaijian conveniently did this..

CNY DAY 1

TODAY IS CHU YI!!!

and we will always gather at my xiaogu's house (father side relatives) near east coast because it's the biggest house la. 3 storey high + rooftop! hahaha! usually, my day 1 of CNY will always be mad boring, awkward, and time doesn't seem to pass.

BUT THIS YEAR IS SO DIFFERENT. totally different feeling and it's quite awesome actually!!! hehehe!! but one thing is that i dont know why majority of my cousins are all guys!! even for my mother side cousins!

today including me right, there were only THREE female cousins leh. and both of them are married. so i'm like the only female cousin there, AND THE SECOND YOUNGEST.

so anyway we got up quite late to prepare hehehe. my daddy was rushing us abit but i just had to snap photos with my brothers first before i left house. heh!!

Cuzz Jason started the ball rolling asking us to play blackjack. otherwise every year all of us just be potato couch and it is so god damn boring one lor. then i will really feel damn bored and that time is not moving and i wna go home. so it's really a good move to gather the cousins to play blackjack together. hahaha.

i only have $7 in my wallet. no more no less. LOL. very pathetic i know. should start to bring more money out already in the next visiting days. hahaha. Jason was the banker and i bet $2 all the way.

but seriously $7 so hard to survive unless my luck really that good lah. so i ended up with only $1. LOL!!

so i placed my $1 coin on the table and said "OKAY, this is my LASTTT token." WHILE EVERYONE ELSE BET SO BIG LAH. really is anyhow one. there is no min or max bet. my xiao gu took cash out ready to lose all of them to us those kind. then my cousins and bro all bet like $6 or $8 then look at my bet.. only $1. LOL.

Gary wasn't playing but he heard it then he went like "HUH? got so ke lian meh.." and begin searching his pockets. so gugu said "ah ting never mind! korkor have!" and so Gary really took out all his angpao money and came to invest in my bet. LOL! the moment he invested i got a blackjack. (Y)

but end up he never take any of his winnings back and he anyhow put money in my bank when i losing money. lollol! but he won alot at the end of the day ok!! cos' he go kup capital with Jason and be banker. lol!

my xiaogu really damn funny lah!! she wna bet like $40. LOL. tryna kill Jason. then Jason say cannot cannot, take half back. then she say ok lo. then she took $20 back and put $10 in my bet and another $10 in my bro's bet. LOL! so instantly my bet became $12. damn funny. ask her to invest she sure put one. HAHAHA!!

ended the game at 7pm.. and GUESS WHAT!?!?

GARY BROUGHT ME OUT FOR A SPIN IN HIS SLK280!!!!

that was when i felt that my chu yi is SO COMPLETE. (Y)

while waiting for him to fill up his fuel tank!

before that i told my daddy i going out with Gary to test his ride. and he immediately went "HUH?! TAKE GARY'S CAR?! HE DRIVE CAR LIKE DRIVE AEROPLANE WAN LEH. YOU WANT TAKE AH?" so literally the whole family can hear lmao.

cos' last time his driving reputation really bad. got into accidents and etc. hahaha. but okay lah, his SLK is accident-free. heh!!

we went to pump petrol and bought ice cream, THEN IT'S TIME FOR A GOOD RIDE. okay can you imagine me eating an ice-cream in a flying SLK, WITH THE ROOFTOP OPENED?!

LOL. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW I MANAGED TO EAT IT. gave up halfway sia. lollol!!!

BUT THE RIDE WAS AWESOME. REALLY REALLY AWESOME. the breeze damn shiok also! drove past ECP, towards airport, make a turn and vroom vroom back.

when we were about to reach back his place he said this "let's do this just one time, if not your daddy will kill me"

after he finish his sentence, YOU KNOW IN THOSE PRIVATE HOUSING ROADS, DAMN NARROW...

HE REVVED AND THE SOUND DAMN SOLID. i finally got to experience what is '0 to 60 in 3.5'. LOL! idk how he revved and went so fast but so steady and JUST NICE infront got hump he brake so smoothly. when reaching his house he close back the roof top then back to a 'safe driver'. LOL.

To Do List @ Bangkok

OKAY. we've planned our graduation trip to Bangkok BUT we just haven't book our tickets yet. seriously i can't wait because THIS MUST FREAKING HAPPEN!! i don't want it to be like 'say say only' and then we conveniently let it past like that.

SO I THINK WE ARE GNA BOOK AFTER MINGLI COMES BACK SG LAH!! RIGHT ANOT?! @IzMeLynette @MingliSeah @DaniyoTXW please just say 'ONZ'!!

i really really can't wait. it's gonna be awesome. i've dreamt at least THREE TIMES when im sleeping regarding this trip omgomgomgzxz!!

and so randomly i've thought of things to be done at Bangkok. (eh the 3 of you i dont care man we better fulfill these together)

i remembered it was a Wednesday. both nette and i ended school at 3pm so we really CHIONG all the way to Chinatown to meet Mingli and Daniel for our dimsum buffet date!!

wasn't very hungry to begin with but still had a really filling meal! bloated to the brim already lah.

our total bill! not bad, one person $23!

MUST TRY THE SOUP!!

next time i go i will order the soup FIRST. really damn awesome lah.

and lesson learnt: DONT ORDER SO MUCH HAR GAO.

the egg tarts quite disappointing. but the rest is good!!!

walked out of Yumcha and saw all these! i never realised it was actually so cute until i see the photo itself!! lol!!

i think we went for our buffet at the right season.

just nice it's the CNY period so really got the CNY atmosphere la!!!

we acted all touristy and took touristy photos.(hehehe like what's new right. LOL)

Care Workplan Chalet 6-8Jan

had our workplan chalet last week!

i had to drag my chalet bag to school and all the way to DTE after that. lol!!

met up with Kelly to buy materials that we need for Gigi's farewell board.

it was her last day in nEbO and we held a mini farewell party for her. :)

stayed in the room to prepare the board all the way. quite sian that we couldn't join them to watch the video together. and i just realised i actually haven't view that video until now. lollol!!!

we ordered buffet but i guess we were all too busy with food, so no pictures. hehe.

Care comm with Gigi and our farewell board!! :) YAN NING IS MISSING.

and our advisors! :)

felt damn sad that Gigi left nEbO. i remembered she was supposed to be my supervisor during my internship. but because Gwenneth came in earlier than me last minute and had a longer duration of internship, she was under Gigi and i was being transferred to membership under Caroline.

but even so, she still gave me lots of opportunities even when im not her intern lor!! and always bring me out for events and teaching me along the way. she's also the one who got me into Care committee!! always fighting the best for us. without her, i think i wouldn't have been exposed to all that i've been through. she's really awesome! :') thank you so much! wish you all the best for your future endeavors!!!

cleaned up, took turns to shower and we started playing bridge!! :D

if not no matter where i go, everytime i ask people whether they know how to play bridge, they will give me the 'wtf you talking about' face. :(

Elaine and Kelly knows how to play so we only need to teach Kai Ling. and she learns damn fast sia so we could get started like after 10minutes of teaching. (Y)

Joycelyn didn't stayover that night and Yan Ning was away for a few hours so the 4 of us played bridge all the way till Yan Ning came back. BUT END UP SHE KO-ED FIRST. LIKE SERIOUSLY? LOL.
SUPPER! what's a chalet without cup noodles right!! hehe.

we decided to end the first night early (3am? LOL) because of the workplan meeting the next day.

only had few hours of sleep and took turns to wash up and prepare for our workplan!

while waiting for Cindy and Yan Ning to be back with our breakfast.. hehehe.

supposed to give the sleepy look! see joycelyn damn awake right. cos' she went home to sleep the previous night. lollol!!!

then we off the lights and said that we will have 'dialogue in the dark'. guess what? we all fell asleep at 6am. HAHAHA.

COUNTDOWN TO 2012

i know we are into the second week of 2012 already but, here goes: COUNTDOWN TO 2012. HEHEHE.

we had many many different plans of counting down to 2012 but i think it's not really feasible and some plans really very troublesome cos' of the transportation.

so anyways, our final plan was to have BBQ at Yishun Dam!!

initial plan was to meet at the Fairprice near my house and buy them to my place to prepare. but seriously there was nothing much at that outlet and so immediate change of plan. lynette and i BRISK WALK back to her house to take car and we went to 800plus Fairprice.

we were SUPER BEHIND TIME so it was quite chaotic. LOL. i thought i was playing some Supermarket Variety Show on TV or something. everything we just grab the cheapest and run. LOL. (Y) damn exciting wan.

everyone met up at my house and started to prepare. it was quite late already like 7pm and we were still preparing. quite chaotic but i think we got teamwork. LOL. managed to prepare everything before 8pm and i managed to get car from daddy too.

halfway Zoe say she dont know how to go yishun dam /faints.

so had to split up! lynette's car and daniel's bike went first while i wait for zoe's car.

so i thought, okay they can start fire first. they got aluminum tray and charcoal. but fml i realise the firestarter in my car. LOL!

i think zhiwei borrowed 4 fire starters from our neighbour. hehehe. good job!

i swear that day there were at least 20 people doing the same thing as us. bbq-ing using the aluminum tray! some had portable bbq pits. but it was my first time seeing SOOOO MANY PPL bbq-ing!

HAHA. AS USUAL MUST HAVE SOME INTERESTING POSE MA.

Visited timbre during the holidays (which means this happened like, last year? rofl) which was one of my 'to-do-list' for that 3 weeks break!

damn happy that i get to clear it off my 'to-do-list' at the very last week of the holidays. hehehe!

we went budget for dinner so settled it at 925. hehehe.

had a really long debate on taking cab/train.

basically zhiwei and i wna take train but daniel wna take cab. lynette is a phlegmatic and dont wna make any stand. LOL. so in the end we took a train. hahaha.

like a touristy feel? lol!!

there was a queue even though we reach before 8pm!!! but i guess the band starts playing at 8.15pm on fridays so everyone prolly reach early. haha.

we ordered the Happy Hour promotion of 1 pizza + 2 standard drinks.

it was like going to be 9 in 1 minute time. and the person was REALLY NICE! HE RAN TO THE COUNTER TO KEY IN FOR US!! and he say we made it 1 minute in time. hahaha really nice of him. after that he came back to us and ask for our additional orders. (Y) i love this kinda staff and service. :DDD

OH YA, when we were queuing up, i sms-ed in to request 'Rolling in the Deep' AND THE BAND REALLY SANG IT! just nice while we were walking in! *thumbs up!!!

i did a really random and impromptu thing by asking Lynette, Mingli and Daniel to go JB the following day! AND WE REALLY WENT FOR IT! (Y)

i think all we did there is really to eat, eat and keep eating.

the first thing we did was to have our lunch at City Square!

after lunch we took a cab down to KSL!

cos' the cab uncle quite cute and he is friendly lah. we were videoing our journey to KSL City then when lynette raised the camera he went "DONT PHOTOGRAPH MY HEAD AH!!" LOL! until now still haven't seen any videos!!!

we reached KSL safely and the mall seems quite empty hor!

started SHOPPING!!! but seriously also nothing much to buy so most of the time we are munching on food only.

all of us gave exact amount of what we should have paid so there was a change of 40RM and all of us was dumbfounded.

we even stood just beside the cashier and debate for a good 10minutes thinking whose money does it belong to. we all didn't realised about the mistake the auntie make until towards the end of the 10minutes. so we faster zhao.... BUT TOO LATE LA. THE AUNTIE TAP US AND SAY CALCULATE WRONG. LOL. JOKE.

X'MAS EVE MADE MEANINGFUL!

so after crashing in only at 6am, my brother woke me up at 11am just to ask me ONE question. he asked if i did prepare the x'mas gift for sister Helen's house. i said yes and i couldn't get back to sleep after that. -.-

had a thanksgiving celebrating at sister Helen's place in the evening. her house is really prettyyyy!! ;D this is the first time i join them for X'mas so it was a different feeling! i felt that it was really heartwarming and touching!

crash in bed only at 4am!!! and the next day, which was X'mas day itself, i got woken up by my brother again at 8am this time. ): headed to X'mas service but miss out the baptism service.

so X'mas day was spent watching 'Alvin & the Chipmunks', dinner at Mahattan, then a walk in town. THEODORE IS SO CUTE. HE IS MY FAVORITE CHIPMUNK. HEHEHE.

EVE OF EVE OF X'MAS!

Spent it with my secondary school friends!

we had this Alumni X'mas Party held in NVSS itself.

was part of the committee so i had to be in school really early to start preparing and decorating the place. the decorating ideas was mostly done by Daryl which i think he did a really good job! because if it's me i doubt i will put in as much effort as he did. hehehe.

i realised i had so many roles to take on that day. i was kinda frustrated because i didn't managed to mingle and catch up with anyone at all!! so angsty! :(

WARNING: i look horrendous in ALL the photos! guess i need a haircut soon already!

the theme for this event is RED or GREEN! so i wore a green cardigan!

i had to be at the reception table all the way because people always come in late so obviously i can't leave this place.

then i also had to be the emcee and have to start talking at 7.15pm! it's not even possible because sissy (Yuting) left at 7pm for something and i cant leave zoe there alone when she's not even in the committee right! she's just helping me on good will leh! so i asked Rastus to help me do the emcee.

after that i also have to conduct the gift exchanges which was a total mess. people just camp around the X'mas tree and doesn't want to move away lollol. was so busy that i could only eat at a later timing and totally no time to talk to anyone. :( so here are some photos that i managed to take with the people i haven't met for the longest time!!

all the cards were crumpled in between our palms AND SHE DOESN'T WANT TO LET GO. LOL.

too many epic things happen already. also been quite long since we have such a good time laughing. WITHOUT MUCH ALCOHOL. LOL. (Y)

i finally KO at 6am. it was crazy i closed my eye and knocked out within split second.

Dialogue in the Dark

it was a really awesome experience. so glad i came for the event if not i would have missed out this great opportunity!

this event is to bring the Visually Handicapped (VH) from SAVH to visit the Peranakan Museum for the first part. after which, we will be experiencing Dialogue in the Dark at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. elaborate on that later!! ^^

i think this is prolly the first or first few event that i attend as a volunteer instead of being a committee member. the feeling is totally different! but initially i was still feeling like a comm member because i was taking attendance and briefing the volunteers reporting at Caldecott. reached SAVH and i suddenly thought like, eh, i am a volunteer today, not a comm member hehehe.

we queued up to pair ourselves up with the VH and i was the last in the line. AND SUDDENLY THERE WAS NO MORE VH TO PAIR UP WITH US.

i was really feeling quite heartbroken because its like why when i finally get to be volunteer i dont have anyone to pair up with. but i think God heard me and last minute there was a VH walking out!! SO TADAHH. I GOT A PARTNER! ;D

we got up the bus and proceed to the Peranakan Museum. my VH is a really chatty guy and he likes to talk to me about literally everything!

he showed me his qualifications and the list of courses he has attended. this is the part where i really felt alot for him. he told me about the society rejecting him because of his medical conditions. although he has achieved so much in different aspect, he still could not find any place that will accept him for who he is and offer him a proper job. my heart sank a little and i could not think of any words that might make him feel better. so i tried to encouraged him and praised him of his qualifications and surprisingly he was quite optimistic about things and he is never giving up. i really admire the learning spirit in him because he never stops trying. <3

the museum was quite interesting. but i wanted to check out the exhibits about funerals. heard that its quite daunting?! we didnt have enough time so we didnt visit that area. prolly too sensitive to some people also. my VH really enthu in everything!! hahaha! and he will always tell me his past stories if it's somehow related to the exhibits.

museum visitation ended and we headed to dialogue in the dark which i was really looking forward to! if you haven't heard of it, it's actually in Ngee Ann Poly like an exhibition, TOTALLY IN THE DARK. you can't even see a glimpse of light! there will be a tour guide who is also a VH to bring you around for the exhibition.

AND THIS EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY EXTRAORDINARY.

we have 8 people in the team and Hans was our tour guide! when i entered the room i was like OH MY GODDDD. my vision is the SAME when i close and open my eyes. IT'S JUST PITCH DARK. we have a cane to guide us but i think not many of us really utilise it right? LOL. cos most of the time we just hold on to people around us and the walls.

OKAY SERIOUSLY THE WHOLE WALK RIGHT I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO HELD ON TO ME AND I DONT KNOW WHO I HOLDING TO SOMETIMES. LOL.

sometimes it's just so chaotic that all of us just scream and shout through!! Hans really has patience with us and he really can guide us VERY WELL!! he really can sense things very well. even when Desmond squat down, Hans knows!!

then i will ALWAYS get pushed without having to walk. i don't know how it happens but it's like when i finally reunite with familiar voices i get pushed away. LOL? AND THE CUTEST THING IS THAT MY VH IS ALWAYS WANTING TO GUIDE ME. HEHE. okay lah i admit i make alot of noise inside cos' i cannot feel the things that Hans say so i will be like "HUH WHEREEEE?! I CANNOT FEEEEEEL" then my VH will GRAB MY HAND AND LIKE "THERE! OVER HERE." LOL.

common questions that we asked from the beginning till the end like constantly "IS THIS DESMOND?" "IS THIS ROY?" "IS THIS TSIN NING?" "OMG WHO ARE U?!"

LOL. and Roy was sandwiched between Tsin Ning and i most of the time. BUT HE KEPT ASKING TSIN NING IS THAT HER. HAHA. then Tsin Ning was like "YA ITS MEEEEE. PEK CEK YOU ALREADY LAAA." LOL. damn cute. Roy is just 13 by the way!!

too many epic things happened inside. i think i will die laughing if i see all of us thru' the CCTV.

we also had the chance to buy food and drinks at the cafe! really a unique experience buying and eating in the dark. okay Roy spilled coffee on me but he's forgiven. hahaha.

the exhibition was really fun. never been to something like this before.

BUT IT'S NEVER FUN IF YOU ARE LIVING IN THE DARK EVERY SECOND OF YOUR LIFE.

we are already holding on to each other so tightly, holding on to walls as we walked through the exhibition. but how about the VH who are living independently? and they dont hold the walls as they walk! imagine them living in the darkness!! they can only hear voices and feel with their hands. i can safely say that their courage and confidence wins us. they are not someone with a disease that is gonna spread and harm you. infact, they do have a nice heart!! ^^

SO DON'T JUDGE THEM!! learn to love and accept them! ;D

MISSION: Bro's 22nd birthday surprise!!

my brother turned 22 on 30th November and i was there together with his friends to give him a surprise!!

it was quite fun and exciting because as much as i love to receive surprises, i love to give them too!!

my bro's friend, Sherman contacted via FB and invited me over to join them and be an element of surprise. hahaha. cos' for sure my bro wont expect to see me there wan right!! :D

it was their exam week and my bro was studying somewhere in the school. Sherman contact another friend in NTU and he managed to steal my bro's room key!!! SOUNDS EXCITING RIGHT. LOL. managed to crash in his crib without him knowing. :D

they started pasting the sticky note everywhere in his room!

GPA 5.0 and get A for every modules! hahaha!

everyone was talking about the doraemon bedsheet my brother uses. LOL!

so he came back and SURPRISEEEEE! he saw his grp of friends in the room! and i was still hiding in the wardrobe ok. LOL. was lighting up the candles lol!!

NITE ON WHEELS - 26th-27th Nov

MST IS FINALLY OVERRRR!

ima totally over the moon because thru' out the week i swear i got 0% concentration and all i could think of is just this 3 weeks break. this is prolly the only exam that i didn't study much but still sak sak walk in and sak sak walk out of the exam venue. seriously i dont know since when ima becoming such a slacker. but i guess it's already the last semester, SO WHY SO SERIOUS?!

HEHEHE.

okay anyway, i can finally update this site with all the overdue events that has happened!! so sexciting. so first up, NITE ON WHEELS!

it's an event under Usports and i signed up together with ong lynette and lester. coincidentally dylan also signed up together with his friend so that made us 5 men strong!!

took train to Eunos and waited for dylan then we cab to ECP!

YES WE ARE READY!

OKAY LAH actually i not very ready lor wtf. LOL!

this time round we covered 60km and the previous night cycling i only covered 42km. so i was uncertain if i can last thru the distance. but i did prepare waterbag and energy bar to make myself feel better like at least i did prepare something what right? HEHEH!

SPEAKING OF THE CAB..

the cab driver really dangerous driver. i dont know why he decided to drive in the centre lane when it is empty leh. never even keep left. so when we flag the cab uncle just CUT WITHOUT SIGNAL to pick up and tio horned cos the car behind almost kissed his ass. tsktsktsk!!

reached ECP and met up with dylan's friend then we went to queue to get registered!

and the freaking long queue cos' they got a really bad system for registration.

the waiting got a little too boring and long. THEN DYLAN HAD A SUDDEN IDEA OF BUYING ICE CREAM FROM BURGER KING.

so the very steady us went to BK and bought ice cream.

HAHA IT WAS A JOKE. the first ice cream that was handled to me TOPPLED because it was unstable. AND ALL OF US STARTED LAUGHING LIKE SHIT. the ice cream itself topped and left the cone in my hand. LOL!!!!!!!!!!

DAMN FUNNY LA I SWEAR. then the person saw and was like "omg sorry sorry sorry.." LOL.

even more epic thing that happened was that we had to move off once we came back if our ice cream. LOL! PANIC MODE ACTIVATED.

both nette and i gave up eating but dylan and jit nung still had it in their hands. lollol!!

OKAY MOVE OFF TIME. AND I SWEAR THAT OUR BUTT ARE FREAKING PAIN.

i adjusted my seat higher to the optimum level where i cannot touch the ground at all. comfort level really increase because i get to stretch my legs till its straight when cycling. but the irritating part is when i get down, i HAVE TO GET DOWN literally from the seat so that my foot can touch the ground. lol!!

ready to move off to our next stop after a 45minute break. guess where is it!?

at this point i guess we were all getting shag already. look at our cui faces.

and the most torturing thing is the traffic police keep stopping us and i always have to get off and get back the seat again!! make it more painful only walau haish!

by this time everyone is shag to the extent that NO ONE IS TALKING. LOL! super silent.

when i saw 'East Coast Road' i was seriously so freaking happy we all sprinted in!! BUT IT WAS A FALSE HOPE. I NEVER REALISE OUR STOP POINT IS SOOOOOO DEEEEEEEEEP INSIDE ECP!?

i swear i sprinted for at least a good 5km before i reached the end point.
TOTALLY NO IMAGE LIAO.
but we were all contented!! GOOD JOB TO US!! so awesome people!!

11.11.11 Part 2 - Artscience Museum

okay part 2!!!

i met Samuel and we went to MBS for the Artscience museum!

initially i was like oh okay we are going to a museum.

he was quite excited about it though.

but after we came out from the exhibition, I WAS STUNNED!!!

i mean, really, it was WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATION!!

you guys should visit the museum!! the ticketing is not very expensive. Singaporeans get a 15% off! hehe!

we chose both 'Titanic' and 'Dani' plus an hour documentary of Titanic.

I TOTALLY LOVED THE TITANIC ONE!!!
this is my boarding pass to the ship. it's one of the real passenger back then!

and so, after the entire journey, we are suppose to find out did we survive anot. hehe. IT'S SO INTERESTING LO.

i am a 18 year old girl who just got married to my husband and i was expecting a child.
the model of the ship. really huge right!!!

the most amazing part of the museum was that THEY BUILT OUT PART OF THE VESSEL,

LIKE THIS.
my jaws dropped!! this is the first class rooms!! damn stunned sia.
and this is the bed they have in first class.

they also showed second class, and third class with the vibrations and noise. damn cool. it's not those model you always see you know! its the real thing (sort of) !! awesome!!
and they even built the grand staircase out. woahhh!!

we traveled and hit the iceberg. ICEBERG?!
THERE YOU GO!! ITS REAL ICE OK!!!! thumbs up for their efforts!!! i think its really worth going to the titanic one! :DDD

at the end of the exhibition, WE COULD NOT FIND IF OUR CHARACTER DIED OR WHUT! so we left the place. end up, samuel's friend told him that there's a wall and we are suppose to check against it. -,- we missed it so i just went to google my character. HAHA. AND I SURVIVED!!! i gave birth to my child and got remarried i think. lol!!!

dont wna reveal too much pictures here if not its kinda spoiler right. haha.

i think you guys shld pay the museum a visit if you cant think of anywhere to go. haha nice!!

the next museum we visited is the 'Dani' one which i cant appreciate it AT ALL. LOL!!

everything inside are works of the guy 'Dani' and i really cannot appreciate anything out from it. oops!! sorry but im totally NOT an art person. hehehe.

okay lah, at least this did fascinate me abit. the tables and chairs are up in the ceiling. so i thought it was kinda cool.

it was also freezing cold and i couldnt wait to get out of the museum. lollol!!! SAY HI! cute right this mirror. haha shorties!!

11.11.11 Part 1 - Adrian's 20th

so how did you spend your 11.11.11?!

to some people it's just another ordinary day but to others it's a date worth making it memorable. and i belong to the latter. i mean, what's there to lose right!? rather than whining how dumb it is to be 'celebrating' the occasion, why not make an effort to make it a happy day? :D

so 11.11.11 happens to fall on a friday and 12.11.11 was actually adrian's 20th!!
chloe and i met up earlier in the morning to buy adrian his birthday 'cake' which is the subway sandwich again!! hahaha!
his favourite tuna sandwich!

before that, chloe and i were enjoying our mee soto and tomyam noodles that the fragrance filled up the whole room. (OOPS!!) when adrian came in, he was asking questions like "both of you not eating lunch later?" "walau why never buy my share?"

hahaha. and tadahh! we surprised him with the subway sandwich which i pulled out from my bag. hahaha!!

Advanced 21st to my bro @ Hard Rock Hotel

yesterday was a really long and tiring day!

woke up at 5plus because i need to be at Chinese Garden by 7am for Quest 2011.

could not be there for the entire event so i left halfway through to attend my 2nd brother's advanced 21st birthday celebration held at Hard Rock Hotel @ RWS!

it was a small gathering for him and his friends. booked a room and he invited his close friends over. i think i would prefer this way too.

i see no point in booking a really huge chalet, inviting like your every single friends and then you can't attend to them also!! and confirm there will be people feeling awkward standing around because they came alone, or there were just too few of them to mingle in the crowd, and you are too busy to entertain them.

the previous time i attended my cousin's 21st, i hardly could see her around and many people were looking for her to pass her pressie and etc. lol! i don't think that is really enjoyable. more like you are so tensed up organising an event hoping it will be a success. lollol!

HATE TO BE SICK!!

i'm down with flu, cough and sore throat.

the flu was so bad that i couldn't breathe thru' my nose, kept dripping water, teared up my eyes, couldn't taste anything and even changed my voice.

nope, it's not the sore throat that caused my voice to sound weird. it's my flu because it clogged up my nose!

really felt so damn bloody sick on friday i totally don't feel like talking much.

the flu made me super seh also and i couldn't really focus on the things i was doing.

i went for my eye-check at SPOC done by ah nette.

then she passed me this ice-cream stick lookalike and i asked what to do with it. i wasn't thinking much and she said "you aaaahhhh then put in your mouth."

YOU KNOW I WAS SUPER SEH TO THE EXTENT THAT I ALMOST WANTED TO PUT IT IN MY MOUTH?!

LOL!!!

like really, ALMOST. i asked her "really ah?" and the next thing i wna do is to place it in my mouth already. but she managed to go "NONONO" just in time. LOL.

cos' i was really sick and seh just nice if i was at the doctor it's really normal to place that in your mouth right!!!

omg i really didn't know what was i thinking. lol!!!

i went to work but was feeling really cold until my feet was freezing! i was already wearing 2 layers and i know i just have to leave work soon if not it will just get worst.

just went to the doctor this morning because i was coughing with all the phlegm and my chest hurts alot. totally hate that feeling!! arghh!!

quest is just tomorrow and i hope i can really present to the GOH well.

lucky i get to cab down tomorrow with desmond! but at an ungodly time of 7am. SIAO!! hai!!

no lah, i didn't join the event to win a car. hahaha!

had to work at least 8hours for that event and my shift was 3pm-11pm yesterday.

my dad sent me to the MRT station and he asked me where was i going. i told him ima going for the event and even replied him "我去嬴一辆車回來给你!" lollol!

i dont know is suay or what! i didn't bring slippers and IT STARTED POURING when it was my shift!! my toms were SOAKING WET and i could feel a flood in my shoes!! the feeling is really disgusting and i really regretted not bringing my slippers!! :(

couldn't take it and asked the head marshalls if i can go barefoot, SURPRISINGLY he said yes! i was prepared for a good scolding yet he say "sure! go ahead." hahahaha!!

really hats off to the contestant cos' they brave thru the rain and the sun. really imba! marshalls had umbrellas to ourselves and 1 of the contestant from Macau kept asking me to share my umbrella with him. LOL! sorry cannot. HAHA!!

the car i was in-charged with are all foreigners from thailand, macau, malaysia, taiwan, china, cambodia and i think thats all. hahaha!!

the taiwan guy iz really damn disiao! but the way he speaks is quite entertaining. LOL! he actually taught yuren how to go after girls and he told yuren taiwan guys categorize girls into 3 different types and each type have different ways to go after them. LOL! wtf it's entertaining. then i dont know why the taiwan guy started to become a matchmaker and kept helping us to match-make. HAHA HE IS DAMN FUNNY LA.

another taiwanese guys who is kinda good looking told me he ate 2 packet of chicken rice during the 5 minutes break. SIAO. SOME PEOPLE ALSO CANNOT FINISH 1 PACKET LEH! he managed to finish 2 and eat 1 banana plus go toilet?! woah he is really imba!!

speaking about bananas, look at the amt of bananas yuren and i ate!

i only contributed 1. i think he ate like 3 or 4?!!?!? LOL!

oh, the most epic thing that happened is that the macau guy never come back from his break. he disqualified himself. LOL! and i think he planned it himself cos' before that he kept asking us whats nice around singapore and the good food etc. lol!!

that 8hours was definitely not easy. my legs were breaking and i had bad cramps. going round and round the car looking at their palm is so boring. thank god i had entertaining people from different countries. LOL! but then again, these friends that i made, i probably never get to see them ever again. hahaha!

im so excited to know who's gna be the winner for this year. hehehe!

i hope that monday there will be a winner already because i dont wna work on tues. :(

just so you know, i've started work at NET and studying at the same time. not that i'm really that tight in cash but i feel that since it's already the last semester, i wanna try working and studying at the same time to experience how people juggle between work and studies. of cos, to earn some pocket money for myself too!

i am taking a long break now thou'. cos' i need to work for Subaru Challenge required by my school. omg i really cannot tahan tomorrow 8hours I HAVE TO STARE AT PEOPLE PALM SEE WHETHER GOT OUT OF PLACE ANOT!?

but then again, their fate lies in us whether they get to win the car anot. HAHAHA!!

okay back to working at NET, even though i haven't even worked for a month i already feel like quitting wtf?! LOL!

but seriously, it's not that i cannot take it or what. but seriously, THIS JOB IZ LIKE A NO WELFARE FOR PART TIMERS.

every single minor thing - DOCK PAY! arbo jiu FINE $!

#1 grace period is only 5 minutes. if you are late for more than 5 minute for more than 2 times, 50cents from EVERY HOUR of your pay will be deducted. (but i think this is reasonable so ok lor)

#2 for every piece of clothing that has the wrong price tag or doesn't have sensors, 1 piece everyone has to pay 20cents each. (wtf seriously. idk where the money go to also. the other day my store manager found 10over pieces!!)

#3 if customer walk out/in to the store and sensor peeps, have to approach immediately. failure to so will have to be punished by standing at the entrance shouting 'Welcome to NET' and 'Thanks you see you again' for 1 hour. IN ADDITION, 50cents from EVERY hour of your pay will be deducted.

#4 if you wear the wrong uniform for that day, FINE $ ALSO.

lol wtf it is kinda ridiculous, we are working to earn money and keep the money. NOT EARN ALREADY LET YOU TIO FINE ALL THE TIME LEH! like that where got part timers happy to work right!

i dont know if its only applicable for my outlet or every outlet also the same.

but really.. that's the reason why i wna quit. lol!!

i think simple and plain is really fine! neater also right!!

hopefully this new look will motivate me to get back to blog (idk how many times i've said this and how many times i've failed. LOL!) kekeke!

but anyways, this is coming to an end of week 2 in school! time is so gonna fly and in no time we will all graduate from SP together. frankly speaking i've been rushing and could not wait any longer to graduate when i was in year 1. it ain't the same now anymore. i just want to really enjoy being a typical poly student because i swear school is the best phase in life!

once you step out to the workforce, the only thing you'll miss is definitely, school. i just wna cherish this final lap in poly, hoping time would just slow down for all of us! ;)

Caught 'The Smurfs' together with my cousins at CCK few days ago! i had to rush my report last minute so i could only meet them just before the show starts.

we didn't watch it in 3D though. but anyways i hate watching 3D movies because the spectacle is so uncomfortable and the vision always make me giddy! :(

we shuffle the tickets and draw them to see who sits beside who.

ended up reenie and me were 2 ends apart. LOL. yiming and yida were sitting in the middle. haha.

the entire theater were filled with parents and kids to the brim!!

but it was a rather nice movie and of course great company! :)

so is this consider a mini-cousin outing? hahaha!

the next day i head over to their place after my FYP!

IT'S THE LONG AWAITED 6 WEEKS HOLIDAYS!!!!

it's like F.I.N.A.L.L.Y.

my first paper was on 15th august but my last paper was on 31st august you know!

look at the duration! it's close to 3 weeks!!

it was really torturing especially when they had to put MICE paper at the back.

most important module for the semester. really hor!!!

although we have intervals to get ready for the papers, but some gaps are so wide that holiday mood already starts to kick in. lost the momentum and started to party already.

really couldn't wait for the arrival for 31st, 6pm!

usually after our exam ends, we will just come out of the exam room and say "wah exam end already :)"

BUT THIS TIME ROUND MANY PEOPLE CAME OUT AND WENT LIKE "WOOHOO EXAMS OVER AHH!!!! HI 5!! WOOHOOO!!!"

and we shouted and screamed outside the exam room. LOL!

i was so desperate for the freedom i don't even want to check with other people my answers for MICE paper. just in case i got it wrong and my mood gets dampen. i really shut my ears and tried my best not to get involved in such discussion. LOL!!!!!!

after a chaotic mess or 'who is going' and 'where to go', we finally have a manpower of 7 making our way to 'Ban Heng' for buffet dinner!! :D

it's an ala-carte buffet so we can just order as much as we like and it all comes in tze-char style!

surprisingly, my clique was all present. hahaha!

not i want to say lah, but these days it's really hard to get full attendance from my clique for such events already. quite nice to have such dinners and i can say this time round it was one of the best!!

we had so much laughter that we didn't have for so long!!

so dylan and adrian came over to my place first while jolene went back home to shower before coming.

bought some drinks at 7-11 and we took a good 20minute walk back home.

walauu both the guys was like comparing the distance and kept saying my house very far etc.

my life, was MORE THAN just dramatic recently.

so much things happened that words are never enough to express how tough times were for me. how much bullshits i have to go through, how torturing it is for me to pull through and how hard was it to endure and tolerate ALL THESE WHILE.

all the while there is only one thing i did the most - which is to keep silent.

keeping silent doesn't mean i'm afraid, doesn't mean i'm not guilty at all, doesn't mean i don't care, doesn't mean i'm speechless, doesn't mean i've lost, doesn't mean i'm weak.. and the list goes on..

but keeping silent is the best remedy to deal with people whom does not have mutual/basic respect for others.

i just can't explain enough how bad i need to tank all the shit things and i really felt like i was going through it all alone.

it's not like i like it to keep silent and tank everything down but that was already the best approach. i felt like i was left with no choice, helplessly forced-swallowing every single thing down.

if i could, i would have just tried to speak up for myself and probably scold some motherfking wake-up-words into your face hoping you will wake up from your god damn ideas.

it's not like i've never tried to retaliate before in the past but WHAT DO I GET IN RETURN?!

just more bullshits.

seriously i was so tired of these and it just felt so suffocating.

i guess i've never felt so mentally tired before and the most suay part was that all came during exam period so i have to keep telling myself to be strong.

i know i made a mistake and i know what's my mistake.

i even learned a good lesson from it already.

but how about you?

i guess you will never know that your actions are just too much and unacceptable.

and you will never know what is basic respect especially for a girl.

you think you very sakki by throwing temper thinking you're the king.

but i can promise you it's not gonna get you anywhere in the long run.

this entire issue is finally (i hope) over and i learned a lesson from it.

although i'm still bothered and troubled by stuffs but i guess time will heal.

throughout this journey i really need to thank a few people who have been helping and giving me strength and support along the way.

i would have really collapse without them. especially to the middle man who had a hard time too but really man, i just can't thank you enough for your help and support right from the beginning where i decided to embark this journey.

if time were to rewind i swear i would have handle this whole matter in a better way to avoid all these hassle and implications.

but there's no turning point and i hope the future that lies ahead is a better one.

i really envy families who have family gatherings often.

be it just the own family of 4 or 5, or with extended relatives, cousins and etc, my family dont really do that.

today is Father's Day.

and what's happening today?

i'm alone at home for the entire day.

no gatherings, no celebrations.

friends tweeted or FB about father's day, gathering with big families, and what's not.

i really wished i could have one right now.

but of course ima not blaming anyone for this.

everyone is busy and my parents have to work too.

i remember we used to go popo house every Saturday when we were young without fail.

all the cousins will just play among ourselves at the void deck downstairs, invent our own games, or sometimes run to the container which is the study room to do assessment books.

now that we've grown up, all of us have tight and different schedules.

it's difficult to do this on a weekly basis already.

but at least my cousins and i are still close now.

hope that we'll stay like this and the distance will not drift!

i miss such gatherings.

i don't understand why some people complain when they have to go for family gatherings.

I TOTALLY LOVE IT.

especially during festive seasons like christmas, mother's day, birthdays, etc.

i really do wish that we have a big family gathering.

the house filled with people, food, fun, and the family bonding.

isn't it heartwarming?

next time when i have my own family (maybe 10 years down the road lollol), i'll make sure i have such family time with my children and relatives!!

i was telling this to a friend today and he told me for now, let's just hope that my future boyfriend has such gatherings to join in. sounds abit ridiculous but... sounds feasible too. LOL!!!!

8th June to 10th June CHALET AT ARANDA!!!!

this is like one of the best chalet.

the first night was totally (Y)!

nette and i reached DTE at like 4plus and the rest were shopping for groceries at fairprice. so nette and i were calling out 'MINGLI, MINGLI' as we walked and covered the whole of fairprice. LOL.

she was only like 2-3m away from us AND SHE DIDNT HEAR US CALLING HER LORRRR..

still happily go buy 4D when we are like 3m behind her niazxz! piangz!!

the shopping of groceries was really so epic sia!

seriously they are like damn high!! LOL!

but we took quite a long time to settle the groceries cos' the jokes were never ending. lollol!

LOOK AT HOW MUCH ALCOHOL THERE IS AT THIS CHALET. WTF RIGHT?!!?!?

and the best thing is nothing was left at the end of the chalet. IMBA MAX!!

it's week 2 of the holidays and these are the movies that i've watched!!!

it kinda set as a record for me because i don't usually go for movie this often!!

it's only been like 1.5weeks and i cleared 4 movies!!!!

the best part is that i didn't pay cash in any of the movies! :D

okay lah, not really kk. the best part is always the company! :DD

first movie!

i watched it together with Jun Xian! good laughs!

i remembered we watched it on a friday after my last paper.

xian actually booked the tickets online. so our seat were H-5 and H-6 (something like that lah lol!)

after we got seated, a couple sat beside us and they were asking which seats were we taking. cos' apparently we were sitting on their seat! then when we took out both of our tickets, they had H-5 and WE ALSO HAD H-5. LOL!

so epic you know!! but end up they just sat the 2 seats beside us lor.

Second movie,

okay, i don't really like it. hehehe. it's not funny leh seriously!!! not many people laughing also. maybe some kids lah. but not my kind of movie. i dont usually watch cartoons actually. hehehe. watched this together with Xian too! :)

THIS WAS GOOD! definitely worth paying!

the most funny thing is after our movie,

we sat down and watch the people walking out while trying to spot dylan.

okay this is kinda disappointing. not very nice leh~

then after 3 minutes, i looked up and was like "EH WHY U DONT WANT SIT?"

THEN WHEN I REALISED MY BRAIN HAD INTERPRETED IT WRONGLY ALL ALONG AND LITERALLY LOL-ED DAMN HARD. HAHAHAHAHAH.

walau really leh. funny max sia.

but i think only i understand what happened lah!

LOL! so only i think its funny. hehehehehe!

was i or wasn't i being warned of the possible consequences before i made a choice to walk this path? i can't blame anyone for things that's happening right now. i chose this path and i walk it. i take the responsibility and face the consequences of everything.

i got myself into this shit and i need to get this shit out of myself, by myself.

i tried to clear things up and bridge a friendship.

but no, you don't appreciate.

TURNING 19th PART III: 060511 THE ACTUAL DAY!

though' my poly clique already celebrated together with me the previous day, they still have a little surprise for me! i totally wasn't expecting it. i wanted to get a drink during LMF's lesson so chloe asked gwen to accompany me. and until then, i still wasn't suspecting anything at all!

gwen tried to stall time by going to toilet etc, because they were actually preparing the cake inside the class.

hahahaa!

when i open the door, the lights was off so i thought LMF was playing a video but as i turn my head to the right, i saw the cake and everyone sang the birthday song for me.

really touched by their efforts especially when the cake is homemade!!!

TURNING 19th PART II: 050511 IMPROMPTUS + PARANOIDS!

it was a simple lunch celebration with my impromptu clique as well as the paranoid clique!

we headed to Bugis after class and ate at this place which offers free EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA LARGE (scroll down for photo) MILK TEA if you go there 3 days before or after your birthday!

but first... order what to eat first. :)

oh ya, pardon me for the lousy quality of the photos because there is a serious problem with the camera lens and i think i NEED to get a new camera already. $.$ ):

okay lah. actually the milk tea is not alot also because they filled the entire CONTAINER to the brim before pouring the milk tea in. lol!!

Adrian was scooping all the ice into empty cups and there are still abundance of ice inside!!!

it was in the jelly cup initially but San went to flip it over and placed it on the plate. LOL!

my 19th birthday gathering with my secondary school clique!

and once again, failed to have full attendance. 1 missing out from this gathering manz!

i met Cindy in school first before heading down to Novena to meet the rest.

Gerene was the one who suggested Novena and after she reached, i realised why she chose that place. simply because it's near to her workplace. LOL!

Learning Journey to Jurong Bird Park by nEbO - 29th April 2011!

it was a friday and my class ends at 12.30pm on fridays!

so i went for a learning journey at the bird park organised by nEbO! :D

half of my class went along too because they asked me if anyone is interested.

i mass sms everyone and was kinda shocked that actually so many people are interested. hahaha!

because JBP is kinda near to my school, the bus came to SP and pick us up and make our way there. hahaha.

when we first reached JBP! :D

they lead us to a room and there was some technical problem going on. O.O

and it went on for quite long!

so i just go around chit chat. hehe.

a talk by the staff from JBP!
i also dont know what birds eh. lol!

the fun begins when we went around to explore places like...
guess where are we goinggg?!?!

so we started running and kai ling was just beside me, the most epic thing is that, WE DONT KNOW THE DIRECTIONS. LOL!

but we made it to the shelter in the end. totally drenched!

so we went to sat in a monorail for 1 round and alighted at the same station.

it's the second week of year 3!

to be truthful, i haven't complete a single tutorial that needs to be done. LOL!
seriously, whenever i reach home i'll just slack around and rot, doing everything except tutorials.
sometimes i reach home really early like 3pm BUT I SWEAR I CAN SLACK UNTIL 10PM WAN. LOL!

don't know why but i just don't have the right 'feel' to start clearing them.
maybe when the deadline is tomorrow then i will start to read up the tutorials.
LOL!
sorry i am this last minute. but dont worry my impromptu clique are sometimes more last minute than me. (they are LITERALLY last minute!!!)

i feel that i am really wasting my time going to school wednesday.
i only have a 2hour lecture and that's not the issue. the thing is that module is taught by LMF!!! (better dont spell her full name out incase she google her name and read this and fail me for the module. LOL!!)

seriously, i dont think anyone can differenciate when she is telling a story or when she is starting her lecture. for the entire lecture, i was playing gravity guy, hecking adrian (smellyboy) FB account and twitter! LOL. and i guess i can forget about listening to her lecture for the entire sem already. lol!

there's CCA showcase today till friday.
then i started to regret why didn't i join a CCA in year 1!!!
poly life should be like very crazy and making super hell loads of friends and etc.
but aiya, i should have join a CCA in year 1 and at least go for a few sessions right!!

shouldn't have give up mentoring club! but it's too late to say all this.

lucky nEbO came into my life in year 2 or else my life will be mundane like fuck.
HAHAHA!!!

MY LAPPY IS BACK!!!!

just an update of what happened to my laptop:
ONE DAY before school starts, it decided to die on me. i can't click further than 5 clicks at all! it'll start to hang and then what do you usually do when it hangs? Ctrl Alt Del button right?! WELL IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL! humpf!!! so i had to send it in to service centre (and FML im the mayor there already wtf right? LOL)

THEN MY LAPTOP PLAY STUNS WITH ME. IT WORKS PERFECTLY FINE WHEN I WANT TO DEMO WHAT HAPPENED. WTF!!! SO ANGRY. LOL!!!!

I EVEN TRIED IT AT HOME ONE LAST TIME IT STILL HANGS BUT IT WORKS FINE AT THE SERVICE CENTRE?! LOL WTF!!!

so i still sent it in for a full hardware check!
they called me to say the hard disk is faulty so obviously they changed the hard disk for me.

NOW MY LAPTOP IS BACK TO THE TIME WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT IN YEAR 1.

need to re-install everything!!!

when people starts to ask me why haven't i been blogging as frequently as i used to in the past, i always reply them that i'll blog soon, soon... and ya.. soon.

so it struck me that i HAVE TO get my blogging habit back because as i looked thru' my archives, i realised that the recent months are lacking of updates of my LIFE.

yes, i have a habit of reading my own post when i'm bored or when i feel like it. it reminds me of some crazy things i used to do or just some memorable moments in life. ups and downs in my life all penned down in this site.

but as i get lazy all these months, i no longer can track my roller coaster life and read them anymore. so i shall remind myself to update this site constantly as far as i can now.

i FINALLY met up with jolene after 5 weeks of not meeting up. caught up with each other and i accompied her to work at paragon! and guess what!! i got a free drink from her! :D and she made it on her own okay! so i'm like the first friend to try it!

then i suddenly remembered that zoe is working today and it's just across the street, at taka. so i left and visited zoe!

OKAY THEN I REMEMBERED AGAIN THAT LYNETTE IS AT FAREAST. LOL!

SO I WENT TO VISIT HER TOO. LOL!

so iz like so impromptu i visited 3 friends in town working. hahahahaha!

went home with lynette, omg super long didn't catch up with her too already.

i know i have been on a super long hiatus for blogging.
BUT THIS EVENT IS A MUST-BLOG EVENT!!!

this must be one of the fabulous event that i've attended.
and maybe the first event that it's dedicated to US! i think it's the first event that we are not involved in the planning or execution AT ALL too! ^^

let me just show you the photoshoot pictures first that were used for the events. okay i only saved these 3 photos that i was nominated for. LOL.

hahaha but he's humorous lah!

so the way they gave out the awards was like in between performances. but before that, we had a magic show to launch our new nEbO Card! because nEbO is now a junior member of NTUC! :D

i like the way they play the video first showing pictures of the events that we've organised and etc. it kinda touched my heart.

using remote control car, ipad, finding the other half of the results, and the CUTEST, HAVING THE YOUNGEST BOY IN ZOUK TO PRESENT THE RESULTS!

at around 11pm plus, we went in again and i was really disappointed because inside is kinda empty. LOL! i totally cannot picture how does a club look like!

so after much consideration, Kai Ling, Joycelyn, Tuan Hung, Sam and I cabbed to Clarke Quay to drink!

the 5 of us finished half bottle of Chivas. while choosing what to drink, Sam asked if we want the 12 years one or the 24 years one. technically 24 years one would taste better but Tuan Hung said "we also can't taste the difference!" LOL! WHICH IZ TRUE. HAHAHA!

so we drink till like 3am and left the pub!
one of the best night out i ever had!

the awards night was just so amazing and our impromptu decision to go drink was (Y)!

i would like to thank nEbO for giving me those opportunities in year 2010! i never regretted being posted to 'NTUC Club' where by friends laughed at the name because they thought i was gonna be the cashier in fairprice for my internship. i never regretted joining nEbO as an activist after my internship. i had really learn alot throughout the days in nEbO and i am still learning now. thank you for these rare opportunities that i might never get if i was never part of this family. having a chance to be the chairpersons for events, being part of the main committee and the best event was the world youth rally in Korea. really really happy and lucky that i am part of nEbO big family now. also feel lucky to meet awesome people in Care community as well as Lifestyle community. not to forget even awesome people like my advisors! thank you for this great event! LOVES! :D

Mission: Chloe's 21st surprise at 12am!!!

Chloe's 21st fall on the 15th march.
so gwen, jolene and i met up on 14th night planning to appear at her doorstep at 12am with the cake and present altogether!

i ALMOST failed this mission!!

because when i boarded the train at yishun, i heard someone's voice which really sounded like it's Chloe's. i turned around, AND IT IS REALLY CHLOE!!!

WITHOUT SECOND THOUGHT I IMMEDIATELY ZHAO AND WENT TO ANOTHER CABIN HOPING SHE DIDN'T SEE ME. LOL!!!

so i alighted at the next station and boarded the next train so that i won't be in the same train as her. wah super lucky that she didn't see me!!! SERIOUSLY!!

when i met up with gwen and jolene, the present that we got for chloe was still unwrapped.
so jolene and i went to shop&save to see what can we use to wrap the present.

and guess what i suggested?!

DISPOSABLE TABLE CLOTH. LOL!

the present is really huge. see the comparison!
guess what we bought for her? hehehe.

the process of wrapping of present was really hilarious too.

WE WERE ONLY LEFT WITH 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT STRIKE 12AM!!!

called her twice but she didn't pick up her phone.

nEbO Spirit of Youth - Photoshoot
6th March 2011!

apparently, this is my first ever studio photoshoot!
it was really damn fun lor! and funny at the same time. LOL!

but the place is seriously ulu ttm?
okay maybe not ulu la. it's at joo chiat road where all the shop houses are.
but after i alight from the bus i was like wtf? WHERE?! LOL!!

my time slot was 12.30pm and i was running late because bus 16 seems to take forever to come lor! and i was kinda like panic already cos' i dont wanna be late, and if i late then my team will miss our time slot.

but actually i no need panic wan lor. they also never really follow the timing wan. LOL!
my individual shot supposed to be at 2pm but 12plus i took alrdy. haha.

anyways, i don't have the actual photoshoot pictures until 3rd april cos' it's gonna be used on 2nd april. but i have alot of behind the scene!! hahaha!

there were too many DSLR that day.
each one of them from photography interest group brought their own.

Jie Xin! it's really amazing how we 2 met. firstly, we met while working at Isetan but we were in different company. after that we hardly meet each other because we were in different school. but end up, i met her again thru nEbO! because she was in TP LIFE and tadah. hahahaha! (Y)

how do you define someone who is truthworthy?

as i said in my facebook status, i really really hate to deal with issues that has got to do with TRUST! (especially long term trust) it's either you trust with your heart or else you don't.

but don't you hate the fact that sometimes it comes to this situation that if you think you trust, you're stupid. and then, if you don't, then there's nothing more left to say.

i just want to know the truth. who wants to live in a world filled with lies?
but do you know how the truth comes about? you have to trust that person that, THAT IS THE TRUTH. it all comes to 'believing'. whether you believe the source anot. and you'll never know whether you are believing a lie when you decide to trust.

i don't want to feel stupid after i finds out the REAL truth.
but i don't want to make even stupidier assumptions which will cause everything to go to a waste.

SO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

this month had been really really rough.

CNY DAY 3!!!

hahaha okay i know CNY finish alrdy but im still at day 3. hehehe.

that day was impromptuly filled with house hop.
initially was only my house. but end up we started off from Zoe's.

cindy brought her DSLR so the camera owned everyone else's.

SO...!

the first week of hell ended!
i cleared 2 presentations, 1 discussion cafe (which was 50% of my module!) in a week.
on top of that, not to forget my FYP meeting and briefing.

it was a long week i had to stay in school for the entire day almost everyday!

i'm glad that i survived the first week.

was extremely satisfied with our discussion cafe.
my group really had hell lots of fun preparing for it and presenting it to DEPM 04!

we toppled over laughters again and again while rehearsing it was just too hilarious!
i'm glad it all turn out well and Ms Yee was kinda pleased with it too! :)

FRIDAY WAS EXTREMELY LONG FOR ME.

stayed in school from 8.30am (okok fine i was late), so 9am to 5.30pm!
then i went to Pasir Ris and met Jona for dinner with his mummy.
he sent me to the airport and i picked Young Joon (my korean ~~boyfriend~~ friend) up!

i feel damn sad that i don't have time to accompany him. ):
he really came at the wrong time when i am having exams. sigh sigh sigh.

so anyways, by the time we was leaving the airport, it was around 11++pm!
Jona couldn't come and pick me cos' he had to study for his test (which falls on a saturday idk why) so i had to take bus 858 back myself.

so i only managed to reach home near 1am!!!

EXTREMELY TIRED but i only had a 6 hours of sleep!

i went to Jona's aunt's house to bai nian yesterday.

my luck was super good at the beginning of the blackjack.
my first card was already a ban luck.
next was 5 cards, then ban luck AGAIN!

Jona's cousins then invest into my bet and i was betting like $8!

but after awhile the banker's luck turn so good that even 20 points have to pay money.
lollol.

so ultimately i lost $8 and i think his cousin who invested in my bet lost like over $20 plus. lol. sorreh~ shld have invested earlier.
but it's okay for me cos i gained 5 angpaos there. lol!!!

and nowwww.. i needa study for resource procurement which i havent started and tmr's the exam ):
